Business Description
This cluster is located in strategically in the Cirendue, South Tangerang region. The Land Owner is a Senior Architect and West German graduate, has served as an executive board of DPP REI Jakarta for 4 years from 1986 to 1990, with many experience of middle to large scale projects in big cities across Indonesia.
The area of the land is 1775m2 and located strategically on the street that connects Lebak Bulus to Cinere Raya through the premium residence, Cinere Mas. The development of this area will be 12 house units, type 130m on 100m of land with 2 floors and a modern classic design. Every house unit is planned to be sold at 1,5 – 2 Billion Rupiah. The Project Owner has signed a Sharia Agreement Contract (Joint Operation) with a representative from PT Dana Syariah that has been assigned to represent Lenders and make sure that the Funds will be used according to the agreed project proposal. Currently, the progress has reached the infrastructure development such as cut and fill land, construction of water absorption, road building and paving block installation. It will be continued with the constuction of 2 model home. From the legal and licensing aspect, the subdivision of certificate is almost complete and after the Building Permit (IMB) will be filed.

*) Investor may withdraw fund at any time and Dana Syariah will guarantee repayment fund will be transfer into investor bank account within 3 (three) working day(s) regardless availability of new investor. Investor who withdraw their fund will give up his/her right of current monthly profit sharing onward and 20% undisbursed previous monthly profit sharing.
