Business Description
This project is owned by a successful and experienced developer in the Depok and South Tangerang Region.
This Cluster Project was built gradually and has been marketed since 2013. It is located at Jalan Krukut Raya, close to the Grand Matoa Cluster. The area of the development covers 5000m2. with 13 shop units and 21 house units within the area. Currently, there remains 3 shop units and 2 house units to be developed. The size of the shop unit will be 4 meters wide and 12 meters long, with 2,5 floor.While the house unit to be developed will be type 120 with 2 floors, on a land are of 90m2. The shop unit will be sold at 1,2 Billion Rupiah and the house unit will be sold at approximately 1,3 Billion Rupiah. The Project Owner is seeking for funds to develop 3 shop units and 2 house units within the area mentioned above. The development perios is estimated to be 10 months, and within this time the units will be marketed. It is hoped that within 18 months, all of the units are finished and payment from consumer have been recieved, so that the funds can be returned to the Dana Syariah Lenders as well with the profit sharing.

*) Investor may withdraw fund at any time and Dana Syariah will guarantee repayment fund will be transfer into investor bank account within 3 (three) working day(s) regardless availability of new investor. Investor who withdraw their fund will give up his/her right of current monthly profit sharing onward and 20% undisbursed previous monthly profit sharing.
