Business Description

This cluster is developed on an area of 600 m, located near the most premium house in the Cirendeu Raya, South Tangerang region. The Land Owner has signed a Sharia cooperation contract with a developer that is experienced in that region. There will be 5 home units developed in this area with a minimalist design and 2 floors, type 100m on 90m of land. Each unit will be priced at 1,5 – 2 Billion Rupiah. The Project Owner has signed a Sharia Agreement Contract (Joint Operation) with a representative from PT Dana Syariah that has been assigned to represent Lenders and make sure that the Funds will be used according to the agreed project proposal.
